Who we are

This website is run by Structura London Limited, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 16299729), with its registered address at 9 Williams Lane, Morden, SM4 6EY. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website. You can contact us about privacy at contact@structuralondon.uk or on 07356 088282.

What we collect and why

• Enquiries. When you use our quote form, email us, call us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address, property or site location and details of the work. We use these to reply to you, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, to deliver the service. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing that contract.
• Website analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are useful. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally; it records aggregated information such as the page visited, referring website, country and device type. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in understanding and improving our website.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes your IP address and browser information to deliver the website securely. Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which also receives your IP address when the page loads.

How the quote form works

The quote form on this site does not store anything on our website. When you press send, it opens WhatsApp or your own email app with your message filled in, and nothing is sent until you send it from there. Messages sent by WhatsApp are processed by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party marketing. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (such as our email, messaging, hosting and accounting providers), with anyone we must share it with by law, and with your agreement where needed to carry out the work (for example, site access arrangements with a principal contractor).

How long we keep it

If you don't become a customer, we delete enquiry details within 12 months. Customer records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and for up to 6 years afterwards to meet our legal, tax and insurance obligations.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask us to transfer it to you or someone else. To make a request, email contact@structuralondon.uk. We will reply within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we handle your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
